MARKETING MANAGER

Overview

Marketing Manager for Heavy Equipment Dealer Operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field

  • Proven marketing experience in either Heavy Equipment or Automotive Dealership

  • Strong understanding of agriculture, heavy equipment and or automotive industry, industry trends, and competitiveness of industry landscape

  • Exceptional time management skills with excellent communication skills

  • Proficient in data analytics, and marketing tools

  • Demonstrated ability to meet business targets

Marketing Manager – Responsibilities and Deliverables:

  • Maintain all platforms keeping all inventories up to date in real time

  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the design, development and maintenance of internet and intranet sites to manage a strong internet presence

  • Execute, write, edit, all unit descriptions and accurately submit/post on all platforms

  • Analyze and evaluate current strategies and effective channels utilizing analytical tools

  • Create content for all social media platforms applying digital formats and formulas

  • Create, update, and keep current all unit video/photos of content for all media applications

  • Introduce opportunities for innovation, keeping current with industry trends

  • Collaborate with all external partners and internal department leaders including support staff as well as stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Maintain multiple projects while maintaining a high quality work level in a fast-paced environment often requiring tight deadlines

Rate: negotiable – company field truck supplied; shop supplies and equipment provided 

Schedule:  8 hours/day

Location: Edmonton

Heavy Equipment Technician (Heavy Duty Mechanic) – Qualifications:

  • Red Seal Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician with Off Road designation

  • Must have between 5-10 years' Journeyperson experience

  • Off Road experience is REQUIRED

  • Oil& Gas, Civil, Construction, Agricultural, Forestry, Material Handling background is preferred

  • Experience with CAT, Komatsu, Hyster, Yale,  Doosan, Daewoo, Case, John Deere, P&H Omega, Hitachi, is REQUIRED

  • Diagnostic visual, hands-on, and using electronic and hydraulic schematics

Heavy Equipment Technician (Heavy Duty Mechanic) – Field Qualifications:

  • Laptop with diagnostic software up to date

Heavy Equipment Technician (Heavy Duty Mechanic) - Responsibilities:

  • Self-aware of time sensitivity work orders

  • Capable and confident with preventative maintenance, repair, and overhaul, engine swaps etc
